This position is responsible for presenting a positive image of the Design Studio by providing an enjoyable options buying experience through customer rapport. Design Associate will encourage product and design knowledge while keeping in the mind the departments customer service and financial goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Demonstrate a thorough sales knowledge for all products and options specific to the floor plans offered in their community. Meet with customers to conduct design appointments, providing detailed information about all products and options. Assisting the customer with selections for their home and provide professional design expertise to personalize their home to fit their lifestyle. Clearly communicates product information, including warranties and maintenance to the customer. Accurately prepare all paperwork to be distributed to customer, construction, warranty and trades in a timely manner.
