We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager I to join our Houston Drywall team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their project management career who's ready to grow with a leading construction firm. If you have a passion for commercial construction, strong organizational skills, and a desire to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, we want to hear from you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing drywall projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and safety standards
• Collaborate with field leaders, subcontractors, and clients to resolve scope, sequencing, and material issues
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and pricing for change orders and work orders
• Support estimating and procurement efforts, including vendor and subcontractor buyouts
• Maintain project documentation and participate in jobsite visits to support field teams and ensure quality and safety

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction; drywall or interiors experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with estimating and project management tools such as QuickBid, OST, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
