Are you a hands-on maintenance leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for operational excellence? READ ON! We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee a high-performing team, ensure machinery uptime, manage facilities, and lead plant-wide improvement initiatives. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and develop the maintenance team to exceed safety, quality, and performance targets
  • Manage preventative maintenance and reduce machine downtime across production lines
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on equipment upgrades and repairs
  • Oversee facilities maintenance, including utilities, installations, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and report maintenance KPIs including OEE, PMP, downtime, and work order closure
  • Participate in budgeting and capital planning with plant leadership
  • Administer CMMS and MES platforms to track maintenance schedules and records
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance for electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
  • Oversee housekeeping, safety practices, and maintenance team training
  • Manage inventory of critical spare parts and procurement processes
  • Ensure a 24/7 readiness mindset across the maintenance team
  • Support additional facilities as needed during company expansion

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of experience in Maintenance Management/Supervision within a manufacturing environment
  • 20+ years of total manufacturing experience required
  • Background in TQM, ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, and robotics preferred
  • CMMS/MES system management experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility to work any shift, on-call, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • Electro/Mechanical certificate or degree preferred
