Job Details

Ensure compliance with NOV HSE policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, TCEQ) Conduct new hire HSE orientations and lead safety training for employees and contractors Perform routine inspections, audits, and behavior-based safety observations; track and verify corrective actions Lead or assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions Maintain accurate HSE records, including incident reports, OSHA logs, near-miss tracking, and spill records Collaborate with operations to develop risk assessments (JSA/ JHA), safe work practices, and emergency response plans Monitor chemical use, hazardous materials handling, and waste disposal to support environmental compliance Act as a point of contact for HSE concerns from employees, contractors, and regulatory agencies Support internal audits, corporate reviews, and HSE Tier assessments Participate in HSE committee meetings and drive continuous improvement...Continuous Improvement, Specialist, Healthcare, Audit
