Job Details

Job Duties Under general supervision conducts internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of Corporate policy and/or criminal/civil law based on facts, testimony and evidence. Exercises reasonable latitude in determining investigative strategies and techniques while working independently in the planning and conducting of difficult and complex investigations of alleged or suspected violations of laws or policies involving criminal and/or civil statutes while also providing technical investigative services. Develops investigative strategies, conducts interviews of witnesses, suspects and/or vendors to develop evidence and or testimony that can be used to resolve criminal and/or civil issues that are the focal point of the investigation. Maintains a liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in order to achieve maximum results that support Corporate interests or efforts.
