Responsible for managing maintenance operations of tower sites, including ticket triage, contractor coordination, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in field/site maintenance or tower operations
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Experience reading technical drawings
• Proficient in MS Excel and general office tools
• Valid driver's license required
• Associate degree or technical/military training preferred
