Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Lead PHP Developer role should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, specifically with PHP.
2. Proficiency in MySQL, LAMP stack, Symfony, Magento, Vue, Ember, and other relevant technologies and frameworks.
3. Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
4. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and practices.
5. Proven experience in code review and optimization.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
9. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. A passion for technology and a constant desire to learn and grow.
