Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Sr. Manager of Organizational & Talent Development to support our efforts in fostering a high-performance culture through strategic initiatives.

This role will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other HR COEs as part of a team to ensure our employees have the resources and opportunities to grow and succeed.

Job Title: Sr. Manager, Organizational & Talent Development

Location: Houston, Boston, New Jersey or Milwaukee

Hybrid role - Travel required 3 times a week to the hub

What's the Job?

  • Create and execute leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Facilitate leadership training sessions & workshops and develop train-the-trainer materials.
  • Manage Development Centers to assess and develop leadership competencies across VNA.
  • Develop and manage career development frameworks and pathways for employees.
  • Manage coaching and mentoring support for employees in their career progression.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to identify and address career development needs.
  • Support the design and implementation of initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through internal clubs & programs.
  • Support the requirements and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Ensure performance reviews are conducted effectively and consistently.
  • Provide guidance on setting performance objectives and delivering feedback.
  • Develop & maintain a robust succession planning and workforce development processes.
  • Identify business critical positions and high-potential employees for succession planning.
  • Implement strategies to ensure a smooth transition of people into roles.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews to assess employee performance and potential.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to make informed talent decisions.
  • Develop action plans based on talent review outcomes in collaboration with the HRBPs.
  • Work closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure cohesive and integrated talent management practices.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development or talent management
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs in complex environments with corporate and field workforce.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities and deliver results.
