Description
•Lead and direct project teams to achieve project goals.
•Develop and execute strategic project plans.
•Communicate effectively with engineering specialists.
•Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
•Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
•Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage expectations.
•Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
•Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
•Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress.
•Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
•Manage project budgets and negotiate with vendors.
•Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
•Foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
•Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
•Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Proficient in project management software tools.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and make critical decisions.
