Account Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Lexer Group | Staffing & Recruiting for Engineers & Architects

Are you a seasoned mechanical engineer with a passion for complex industrial projects? Join a multidisciplinary engineering and design firm with a legacy of excellence. We are seeking a Project Mechanical Engineer to lead and support innovative mechanical/HVAC design across a variety of industrial sectors.

What Youll Do

As a key member of our project delivery team, youll guide clients and project teams through the entire lifecyclefrom kickoff and design through construction administration and close-out. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary technical contact for clients
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Managing design fees and project scope
• Performing HVAC and process mechanical system design and analysis
• Preparing engineering reports, basis of design documents, and technical narratives
• Ensuring design compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Coordinating with multi-discipline teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Participating in construction administration

What Youll Bring

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years of mechanical/HVAC design experience
• Proven experience managing or leading engineering work on complex projects
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the U.S.
• Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Pipe-Flo, Caesar or Autopipe, Trane Trace, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
