What we're looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our Houston operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise, a deep understanding of the security integration industry, and the ability to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
As General Manager - Houston, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects, strong team leadership, and the highest level of service excellence for our customers. Specific responsibilities include:
- Strong oversight of Houston office.
- Lead and manage sales, service, operations, and engineering managers.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, quality control, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the executive point of contact.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies across all operations.
- Drive forecasting, billing, and work-in-process management to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local operations with company-wide initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in operations, management, and business development within the security industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Commitment to integrity and company standards, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
