Job Summary

A highly qualified person with experience in production lines and in evaluating the effectiveness of the processes necessary to achieve the department's projects and objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Training & Support
  1. Ongoing knowledge and education on company systems.
  2. Participates in formal and informal training sessions to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  3. Contributes to and updates team training documentation.
• IT Functions
  1. Responsible for department issues.
  2. Participate in team meetings and communications.
  3. Maintain up-to-date inventory at locations.
  4. Follow up on order alerts.
  5. Track status of machines and ordered supplies using inventory management tool.
  6. Monitoring the Open order report and ensuring that all orders of the day are dispatched and closed in the system.
• Tech Support
  1. Participation in problem solving.
  2. Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.
  3. Strong Customer Service Ethic.
  4. Support to other areas.
• Essential Skills:
  1. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.
  2. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  3. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders across all levels.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or two years of experience.
• Proven ability to work on production lines.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide user support.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert Level O365 Experience.
