Requirements
- Possess a City of Houston 1st, 2nd or 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer's License
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays. 12-hour shift, 4:00 shift change, rotating day/night schedule.
Qualifications - Minimum at least four years of hands-on boiler operating experience and ancillary equipment (condensate pumps, DA Tank, boiler feedwater system), chillers and ancillary equipment (cooling tower, pumps, etc.).
- Must apply for First Grade Stationary License withing 6 months of hire date.
- Knowledgeable in lock out tag out and purpose of equipment isolation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using ladders up to 30 feet tall.
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift.
- Working indoors and outdoors in all-weather conditions including extreme heat, cold and rain. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Pay rate will depend on stationary engineer license grade.
