We are hiring for a dependable Order Picker to join a leading pharmaceutical distribution company in Wilsonville, OR . In this hands-on, full-time position, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of medical orders. Position Details

• Hourly Rate : $21.00/hour

• Work Hours :

• Sunday : 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

• Monday–Thursday : 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

• Overtime Required

• Type : Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

• Location : 9700 SW Commerce Circle, Wilsonville, OR 97070

• Work Environment : Onsite; ambient warehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Pick shelf orders using a handheld RF device

• Handle and organize totes for accurate order fulfillment

• Meet quality and productivity standards in a team-based environment

• Walk throughout warehouse during full shift to locate and process orders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work overnight shifts and overtime as needed

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to quality

• Comfortable with repetitive walking and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus

• Experience with RF scanning devices preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift totes and maintain steady pace throughout shift

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
