Prep surfaces, apply paint and other finishes. Perform touch-ups and repairs. Cut and fit ceiling tiles, repair furniture and countertops. Install ceramic tiles, remove and reinstall fixtures. Communicate with clients to understand requirements. Estimate project time and material costs. Implement work orders and assignments. Set up and maintain safety equipment. Assemble scaffolding when required. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Manage inventory of supplies. Follow safety regulations and company procedures. Qualifications:Minimum requirements:2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role, including experience with painting, repairs, and installations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred requirements:Familiarity with tools and materials used in handyman tasks. Basic mathematical skills for project estimation.
