Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
* Help customers select and purchase a vehicle.
* Explain the vehicle's features
* Guide customers through the purchasing process
* Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business and prospect for new business
* Meet and exceed sales targets
* Stay current with the latest automotive trends
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:
* Automotive Sales experience is required!
* KBB ICO experience required!
* A good work ethic and excellent customer service skills are required.
* Outgoing personality; high energy level
* Excellent closing skills
* Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
* Good CSI (customer satisfaction index) and great communication skills
* Professional appearance
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
