Mid-size privately held Manufacturing, Transportation and O&G field services corporate office in North Houston seeking a Treasury Manager (HYBRID ROLE - 1 to 2 days/week remote). This role pays a market base plus bonus and excellent benefits. Reports to Senior FP&A Director.

The Treasury manager will be responsible for managing the organization's treasury functions including cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, covenant compliance, and risk management. The Treasury Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial strategy and ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.

  • Oversee daily cash management ops, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring liquidity for ongoing operations.
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize the use of funds and minimize financing costs.
  • Monitor and manage the organization's debt portfolio, including compliance with debt covenants and refinancing opportunities.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks, including interest rate risk and counterparty credit.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of treasury transactions; manage a treasury analyst and build a team.
  • Compile a variety of financial analyses such as valuation, buy vs lease, payback, NPV, IRR, and M&A scenarios.
  • Prepare and maintain debt and investment schedules using ABL; servicing of the Company's debt obligations.
  • Develop and implement advanced financial models to assess the impact of operational scenarios on capital requirements, loan covenants, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide strategic financial guidance on capital financing options to support the company's growth initiatives and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with all departments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

What are they looking for in a candidate?

  • 8+ years of Treasury and Corporate Finance experience with recent management experience.
  • Experience with ABL, debt compliance/covenants required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related; advanced degree a plus.
  • Certifications of CTP, CFA, or CPA a plus.
  • Experience in Treasury Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, experience in investment banking, private equity sponsored companies, or equivalent is helpful.
