DCL America Inc., located near The Woodlands, TX, fabricates large industrial catalytic converter housing and mufflers for Gas Compression and Power Generation engines.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Scheduler located in The Woodlands, TX. The Master Scheduler will be responsible for managing production schedules by coordinating with the Sales, Production, Purchasing, & Inventory departments to ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers. Our engineered-to-order manufacturing value stream involves CNC plasma cutting, metal rolls/presses, welding, painting, and assembly processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Manufacturing Planning Role
• Extensive experience in Advanced Production Scheduling in ERP systems.
• Experience in Epicor ERP Suite is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in a fabrication/weld facility is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Suite and other scheduling software
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Technical, or related field is a plus
