Material Handler

Advance Services is seeking highly motivated material handlers to work in a busy production facility in the Channelview, Tx area.

Responsibilities will include working in the warehouse, mill room and filling bags of material with the filling equipment. Will be stacking 50 pound sacks of product neatly in a certain formation to prepare for shipping or storage. Will operate a forklift and eventually train on heavier equipment. Will be climbing within facility on fixed railed stairs to move product occasionally. Will be responsible for general upkeep and housekeeping of work area which is very dusty due to the fine powder concrete material which is packaged and processed. Will be on feet for up to 12 hours a day. Bending and stooping as well as climbing is required. Will work day or night shift and overtime. Must be flexible to move around shifts as needed and required.

$17 per hour
