Job Title: Executive Director of Client Services

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000

This client delivers superior RCM solutions to hospitals, health systems, and health providers nationwide and is looking for a Director of Client Services to join their Northwestern division.

This position will be remote-based with the requirement to live in the Northwestern region of the country for travel and client management purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client services initiatives with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
• Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and measure the effectiveness of client service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, Coding, and Billing Experience and Knowledge preferred
• 3+ years' previous client relations experience preferred
• Demonstrated PC skills, i.e. proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
