What Does a Home Instead Caregiver Do?

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you are more than an employeeyou become part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in your community.

Your role may include:
Companionship Provide emotional support and meaningful conversation.
Light Housekeeping & Meal Prep Assist with household tasks and prepare meals.
Transportation Help seniors get to appointments, run errands, and participate in activities.
Personal Care Assist with grooming, bathing, and medication reminders.
Specialized Support Provide care for seniors with Alzheimers & dementia (training provided).

What Were Looking For

Were seeking caring, reliable individuals who have a passion for helping others. No prior caregiving experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Compassionate, patient, and kind-hearted
Dependable and trustworthy
Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and auto insurance
Able to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening
Available to work 14 to 40 hours per week
Little to no caregiving experience required!
