Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Project Director with a strong background in software development to lead our team of independent developers. The ideal candidate will be a developer by nature, with extensive experience in managing diverse projects and a deep understanding of the Power Platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent project management skills to ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects handled by independent developers.
2. Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
3. Serve as the main point of contact between developers, stakeholders, and external clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
4. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, milestones, and any potential risks.
5. Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Support developers by providing guidance on the Power Platform and other programmatic solutions.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
8. Ensure quality control of all deliverables and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
2. Strong programming background.
3. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its integration capabilities.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred.
