Job Details

Please note shift times:

• Daily Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Shift Structure: 7 days on / 7 days off (12-hour shifts)
• Training: Off-shift training for the first week; shift rotation begins in the second week (starting approximately March 13, 2025).

We are looking for a strong communicator with previous customer service experience. This person needs to be good with Microsoft Office, detail oriented, and a good multitasker.

In this role you will be doing the following:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders for truck hauls.
• Coordinate with schedulers and dispatchers to fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Utilize MS Office tools for data entry and communication.
