Role Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator at The DoughCone. The DoughCone is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Manager for Corporate and Social events to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding catering experiences. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless event execution from start to finish.

Essential Job Functions. Including, but not limited to:
Learn the Company's point of sale system
Source/solicit, schedule and run Company events
Manage Company coneheads (team member)
Manage & forecast product inventory & equipment maintenance, not limited to DoughCone truck
Host team and 1:1 meetings and trainings
Run business related errands (may include inventory runs)
Handle service recoveries for guest related issues
Offer feedback on process/program improvements
Attend leadership team meetings with the owner and operations manager
Review & give conehead performance feedback
Weigh in on hiring & firing decisions
Social media assistance
Start up and operation of future trucks, ventures, and partnerships
Assist with and lead events with subcontracted vendors
Sourcing new sale opportunities and clients and closing deals for the Company
Responding to and closing inbound clients
Nurturing existing clients for repeat business
Acting as a point of contact for for clients regarding their events
Assisting with event management and coordination
Providing administrative support to the business
Helping run business operations
Email, outbound, and inbound marketing assistance
And other duties as assigned
