What You'll Do:

• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence.

• Oversee high-speed automated production processes, including robotics and IoT integration.

Who You Are:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• BS in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, including roles like Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
• Must have experience working with small-medium manufacturing operations.
• Proven expertise in high-speed automated manufacturing and lean methodologies.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with a passion for innovation and team development.
• Experienced in driving initiatives that integrate IoT, data analytics, and robotics.
