Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouseman to join our team. The Warehouseman will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Receiving and Storing Inventory:

* Unload incoming shipments from trucks or other delivery vehicles.

* Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.

* Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders or invoices.

* Store inventory in designated locations using appropriate storage methods.

* Picking and Packing Orders:

* Accurately pick products from inventory according to customer orders.

* Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.

* Prepare orders for shipment, including creating shipping labels and manifests.

*Deliveries:

* Able to drive company truck to deliver materials to job sites

* Inventory Management:

* Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

* Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory.

* Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.

* Warehouse Maintenance:

* Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.

* Maintain warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.

* Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous warehouse experience preferred but not necessary as long as ability to learn and

good work ethic

* Ability to lift heavy objects.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Forklift certification preferred.
