Essential Duties Summary Manages and organizes office operations and procedures such as tracking budget expenses, collection of payroll information, personnel information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other administrative services. Submit Requisitions to Procurement Department for Purchase Orders conversions. Supervises and coordinates day-to-day activities of clerical support staff within the department. Evaluates performance of assigned staff. Develops resources and techniques to enhance timely and efficient workflow and office productivity.
