Majestic Steel is excited to add a janitor to our Houston team! Performing custodial duties to keep service center and adjacent grounds clean and orderly condition. Janitor will also provide basic maintenance support by making minor equipment repairs, cleaning or lubricating parts or equipment, replacing bulbs and other preventative maintenance support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain production work areas. Remove debris and refuse. Mop and sweep floors, including operation of powered floor scrubber/sweeper. Maintain cleanliness of office areas. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and locker rooms. Empty trash and recycling cans indoors / outdoors, replace liners and clean receptacles as necessary. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas. Paint or touch up caution areas, machines, stairs, etc. as necessary.
