We work to make the region a great place to live, work, and thrive.What will I be doing?Assists with general administration for the agency. Provides service to all departments as requested in areas such as print, mail, supplies, conference room and equipment set up. Performs electronic document imaging and printing services work, involving operating and maintaining digital imaging equipment and software, scanners, reproduction, and bindery equipment; and scheduling and completing print orders and other duplication services.Key Qualificationsü The individual selected for this position will perform all aspects of print and mail room operations.ü Fulfillment of print orders from various departments while maintaining maintenance.ü Schedules machines to ensure optimal working order, shipping/receiving, mail processing and configuring centralized conference rooms to include various set ups and audio-visual.ü Ensure all outgoing mail is properly weighted and stamped for delivery - USPS, FedEx, UPSü Other duties as assignedü This position is required to be in office Monday - FridayDo you have…ü High school degree or equivalentü 1 year of experience in a print shop or mail room environmentPreferredü Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred
