Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $49.50/hour
• Location: Houston, TX
• Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9 hours, Friday, 4 hours
• Assignment Duration: Long term, 12 months +
• Benefits: Comprehensive insurance including medical, vision and dental, and 401k
• Must have 5+ years midstream experience

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or related experience is required
• 5+ years midstream experience
• Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
• Has database experience
• Has some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)
• Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently or with a team
• MUST have midstream / gathering system experience

Responsibilities:

• Must have 5+ years' midstream related experience
• Responsible for supporting local stakeholders with land & right-of-way projects within an assigned location
• Assist with and develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projects
• Agent will be required to prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims
• Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property
• Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies
• Investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims
• Requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor
